How we handle your information
Independent practices consulting in the building also set their own procedures for appointments and correspondence. If you have a particular requirement, please raise it with the practice directly.
- 01 Correspondence on your terms
- Reports, invoices and appointment confirmations are sent only by the channel you nominate — encrypted email, plain-envelope post, or held at the clinic for collection.
- 02 Private callback protocols
- Where a written record would be unwelcome, a private telephone callback can be arranged to a number and time you specify, and encrypted email callback is available on request.
- 03 Records kept by each practice
- Each practice keeps its own clinical records. Records are not shared between the practices in the building without your consent.
Your Information
What happens to what you send.
- Inquiries are routed straight to the named practice inbox, never to a shared marketing list.
- No analytics or advertising pixels run on this website.
- Details submitted here are used to answer your inquiry and for nothing else.
- You may ask for your inquiry to be deleted at any point, and it will be.
- Private telephone and encrypted email callback protocols are available on request.
- This website is operated by Poundbury Chiropractic Limited (company number 15342231), which answers general enquiries. Enquiries addressed to a partner practice go directly to that practice, which handles them under its own privacy policy.
Clinical records, once you become a patient, are held under the retention requirements of the relevant regulator — the General Chiropractic Council, General Medical Council or Health and Care Professions Council — and under UK GDPR. A full privacy notice is issued at your first appointment.
